Open a new account
To open a water, sewer, and trash account, fill out an Application for Water/Sewer/Trash Service at Town Hall. Renters also need a Landlord Authorization Form signed by the property owner.

The $25 account fee is non-refundable. Deposits are applied to the final bill when the account is closed.
Close an account
To stop water, sewer, and trash service, come into Town Hall and sign a Disconnection Notice. You remain responsible for the account until the Town receives a signed notice. Your deposit will be applied to your final bill; any remaining balance is refunded by check.
Billing and payment
The Town sends monthly invoices for water, sewer, and trash service. Invoices are due by the date on the bill. Payments may be made online, by phone, by mail, in person, or via the drop box.
Late payments
Meter tampering
The water meter is the property of the Town. A $250 fine applies for tampering with a water meter.
