Minimum monthly bill: $78.58.
Utility rates — outside corporate limits, commercial
Water — $63.00 base (2,000 gal), then:
Sewer — $41.00 base (2,000 gal), then $3.30 / 1,000 gal.
Trash — $4.50 flat monthly fee.
Minimum monthly bill: $104.00.
