Pay Utility Bill

Glasgow utility bills are due on the 1st of each month. There are five ways to pay.

Pay online

Pay your bill online through the secure portal.

You will need your six-digit account number and the phone number registered on the account. A 2.95% service fee applies to online payments.

Pay by phone

Call 1-844-267-9327 to pay by phone. You will need the same six-digit account number and registered phone number. A 2.95% service fee applies.

Pay by mail

Mail your invoice with a check to:

Bring your bill to Town Hall during business hours:

Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(closed 12:30 – 1:30 for lunch)

Drop box

A 24-hour drop box is available outside the front entrance of Town Hall for checks (no cash, please).
